At Vitalé, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Changes
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the current item and place a new order.

- Items on sale or final clearance.
